Within Allinvest, Invest Corporate Finance structures all the equity market operations (Stock market listings, Takeover bids, Public offers of Withdrawal, Compulsory buyouts, market transfers) which are executed by Invest Securities. Since 2006, the latter has been the largest listing sponsor (in number of operations) on the Euronext (24) and Alternext (36) markets of Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam . We have acquired in this field real competence, notably in the health (biotech, medtechs) and property sectors.
