Sami joined Invest Securities in 2006. He has advised in about forty equity transactions in different sectors: services, Internet, energy and property. He has been involved both in the listed world (stockmarket listing of Voltalia, increase in capital of Frey, takeover by Manpower of Proservia, bond issue of Argan, etc) and in the unlisted world (Oberthur LBO, Sale of Autoreflex to Axel Springer).
